Both Sandybrook and Darwin Forest are open all year round for holidays. As a Pinelodge owner you will also be required to make your lodge available for holiday lettings. Both parks are very popular all year round and the lodges have high occupancy rates throughout the year. Facilities at the parks include Evolution Health & Fitness, indoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna and beauty therapy treatments at Darwin Forest, which also has tennis courts, woodlands walks and a pub serving home cooked food. Sandybrook has an indoor pool, sauna and spa, as well as play areas, woodland walks, and the historic Coach House bar and restaurant.
