A perfect choice for the discerning family. VENDOR COMMENTS Our family have lived at Fairway for 15 years. We fell in love with the property and the fabulous garden as soon as we set eyes on it. The autumn colours of the garden trees are truly spectacular. In spring time bluebells cover the wood that lies on the other side of Overdale Brook, the stream at the bottom of the garden. It is just paradise. All through the years this has been a wonderful family home. There is lots of space in the house and the garden makes a fantastic play area as well as a really gorgeous place to sit out and enjoy the sun and the breeze blowing through the beautiful mature trees. It is quiet and peaceful living here but still very convenient for Sheffield. Within 20 minutes or so my husband and I can drive to work. However there is also a regular train service and bus service into Sheffield which we make use of from time to time.
